  1. Handmade Dog Treats:

    • Processing Time: Our handmade dog treats are carefully crafted and packaged with love. We strive to process and ship all treat orders within 2 business days from the date of order. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

    • Shipping Methods and Timelines:

      • Local Deliveries: For customers in Hyderabad & Secunderabad, it typically takes 1-2 business days for the treats to reach you.
      • Rest of India: For customers outside Hyderabad, it typically ranges from 3-5 business days.

    • Pick-up Option (Hyderabad Only): If you are local to Hyderabad and require immediate delivery, you have the option to choose and arrange for pick up. Please contact us to help you with the pick-up details.

  2. Cakes and Bakes:

    • Special Handling: Cakes and bakes require special handling during transit to ensure their quality and freshness. We offer two options for cakes and bakes orders: Self Pick-up or Delivery.

    • Self Pick-up: If you choose the self pick-up option, you can collect your cake or baked goods directly from our shop. We will provide you with the pick-up address and instructions once your order is confirmed.

    • Delivery: If you opt for delivery, please note that we rely on third-party service providers such as Uber, Swiggy Genie, Porter, etc., to transport the cakes and bakes to your location. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the distance at checkout

    • Cake Damage Disclaimer: Once the cake leaves our shop and is handed over to the delivery service provider, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the quality of the cakes before they leave our premises.
